PADI Freediver Center - What we teach
Learn how to safely dive deeper and longer than you thought possible with Florida Keys Freediver. Our courses are designed to give you the foundational skills needed to be comfortable beneath the water. We do this by focusing on proper breathing techniques, relaxation, safety, physiology and inward discipline. We have classes for absolute beginners, intermediate level divers, and advanced freedivers and spearfishermen. I have loved the water my entire life. I've been a trained freediver for over 10 years and spend as much time in the water as possible. I've had an opportunity to train with elite freedivers and dive in some really cool locations and situations.
